Sean Mulvaney – Director.

Sean has worked for a series of organisations in the U.K. and RoI construction sectors over a ten year period. He has gained extensive experience in the legal and commercial aspects of contracting, scaling from small family businesses to international joint venture organisations.

Sean knows construction contracts and is passionate about helping clients deconstruct their contracts and understand the obligations, rights, risks, opportunities.

He is a graduate of Queen’s University Belfast Law School (Bachelor of Laws) and the School of Planning, Architecture and Civil Engineering (Master of Science Construction & Project Management).

Clare Mulvaney – Director.

A successful operations manager in the financial services industry over an eight year period, Clare has developed a reputation for improving processes and getting results.

Clare knows management information systems and is ruthless in the pursuit of continuous improvement for ourselves and our clients. She has a proven track record in leading teams and re-engineering systems and processes under time and budget constraints.

She is a graduate of Queen’s University Belfast Management School (Bachelor of Science) and is currently developing her knowledge and skills through the School of Planning, Architecture and Civil Engineering (Construction & Project Management).
